Frantz Sigersted-Rasmussen is one of the leading partners in the Corporate & Financial Transactions Team of DANDERS & MORE and is experienced both in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. He has acted as leading counsel in private equity deals and real estate transactions as well as capital markets transactions, and is well experienced in stock exchange regulation and financial services regulation.

Frantz was born on 15 February in 1974 and graduated from the University of Copenhagen in 2000.  He was an assistant professor at the University of Copenhagen giving lectures on “Acquisition and sale of Businesses” whilst building up his career as a lawyer. After years with the largest law firm in Denmark, he successfully co-established the transactional boutique law firm (NSR Law Firm) at which he was senior partner until it merged with DANDERS & MORE in late 2010.

Frantz is admitted to the High Court of Denmark, a member of the Danish Bar Association, and a member of the International Bar Association.

Frantz speaks English and the Scandinavian languages.
