Philip Nyholm is a partner at DANDERS & MORE and is specialised in M&A, corporate law and commercial contracts.  Philip has acted as leading counsel on several major acquisitions in Denmark and in connection with initial public listings/right issues.

Philip holds a degree in law from the University of Copenhagen and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Finance) from Copenhagen Business School. For a number of years, Philip has also worked as an assistant professor at the University of Copenhagen, teaching in “Mergers and Acquisitions”.

Philip was admitted to the Danish Bar and Law Society in 1999 and is admitted to the High Court of Denmark. Also, he is a member of the Danish Lawyers’ Association for Tax Law.

Philip is the co- author of “Aflønning med finansielle instrumenter”
(in English "Remuneration by Financial Instruments"), published by Copenhagen Business School.

Philip was born on 14 July 1971 and today he lives north of Copenhagen.

Philip speaks English and the Scandinavian languages.
