INSURANCE

Danders & More has taken out a professional liability insurance a provided a guarantee in accordance with the rules of the Danish Bar and Law Society. The insurance covers all legal practice performed by Danders & More, regardless of where such practice is exercised. Danders & More’s professional liability insurance is taken out with:

TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT

Danders & More’s terms of engagement apply to all client relations, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Danders & More cooperates with others on providing services according to agreement with the client and shall upon the client’s request provide information on the measures taken by Danders & More in order to avoid any potential conflicts of interest in that respect. OPTION OF COMPLAINING TO THE DISCIPLINARY BOARD OF THE DANISH BAR AND LAW SOCIETY

Any dispute in consumer cases between a consumer client and Danders & More concerning legal fees can be brought before the disciplinary board of the Danish Bar and Law Society by using the following contact details:

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

Any dispute between a client and Danders & More law firm shall be settled before the Danish courts and in accordance with Danish law.

CODE OF CONDUCT FOR THE DANISH BAR AND LAW SOCIETY

The attorneys at Danders & More law firm are covered by the supervisory and disciplinary system of the Danish Bar and Law Society and by the rules on the code of conduct, cf. section 126 of the Danish Administration of Justice Act. In addition, the code of conduct for the Danish Bar and Law Society apply.
