Lasse generally advises small and medium-sized companies on business-related matters, including special company law, contract law and M&A. He advises Danish and international clients in connection with capital investments, corporate restructuring, mergers, demergers, shareholders’ agreements, incentive schemes, self-financing etc.
Lasse also advises on general aspects of corporate law, just as he drafts various kinds of commercial contracts, i.a. cooperation agreements, administration agreements and general terms of sale and delivery.
Finally, Lasse also handles commercial disputes by pursuing settlement solutions or conducting cases before the Danish courts.
