Mikkel is primarily involved in M&A, general corporate law, financial markets legislation and financial regulation, where he advises both Danish and international companies and start-ups. Moreover, he advises growth companies in connection with financing rounds and foreign venture funds on investments in Denmark. Additionally, Mikkel has vast experience in advising employers on employment law issues, including on matters related to business transactions, listings, dismissals connected to restructuring, efficiency measures and closing down of companies, as well as issues relating to management positions. Mikkel also assists in relation to establishing and structuring incentive schemes for managements and key employees in Danish companies, providing him with large experience in preparing tailor-made warrant programmes for all kinds of businesses.
Moreover, Mikkel has advised clients in connection with listings and public offerings on Nasdaq Copenhagen and First North.
