Sandra is specialised in real estate, working i.a. with purchase and sale of properties and property companies, both asset and share transfers, including legal due diligence processes and drafting and negotiation of transfer agreements. In particular, she assists property developers, national as well as international, with various aspects of real estate matters, advising the client through the entire transaction and development process.
Moreover, Sandra is specialised in construction law, where she has vast experience in advising the parties in the building and construction industry, including in the process of concluding construction contracts, turnkey contracts, and professional services agreements, as well as in connection with any potential disputes.
Finally, Sandra helps clients in all aspects of residential and commercial lease law, where she competently advises both landlords and tenants concerning drafting and negotiation of lease agreements.
Sandra has litigation experience both before the Danish courts and the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board, as well as matters involving expert valuations.
